With respect to the Resident's Meeting held yesterday, an important announcement was made by our President, Mr. Raman. Gokulam Complex is now a part of the Apartment ADDA on-line Association Management portal.

In brief, it is a online portal to manage the day-to-day affairs of the apartment like :
1. Managing the database of the owners/residents 2. All complaint handling of the residents 3. All management for maintenance accounting of the apartment, including viewing outstandings and making pon-line payments through your respective banking porats 3. Managing the income and expediture of the association 4. Automatic mail / sms alerts to the residents on various aspects 5. Facility booking (e.g. Community Hall status viewing and booking) 6. Cross ADDA to know about other apartnments who are with Apartment ADDA 7. Events and functions calender 8. Resident's opinion poll on issues affecting our apartment complex AND MANY MORE...!!!
Each of the Owners and many of the tenants, whose mail IDs are there with the Association have been sent a welcome mail, which contains your login ID (which is your registered mail ID) and a temporary one-time password. Pls take some time to register and be a part of Apartment ADDA. Spread the news to your friends and relatives who own / reside in Gokulam through word-of-mouth, sms, mail, face book etc.
