Apartment Adda has been a great tool to connect , interact and share information in our apartment. With the customization that you offer I am sure it will be useful for any apartment complex. "An effective tool to manage the day to day workings of an Association"
Apartment Adda portal is a very useful site for resident/tenant communications and more importantly serves as a effective tool to manage the day to day workings of an association. I had analyzed the features provided by the site when we were in the initial stages of our apartment association and found many features like the issue tracker, document repository, Alert notification, etc very useful. We wanted some sort of online collaboration tool to help track the issues being worked on by members and also have history of the findings/results of the issue in case the member is not available, etc and issue tracker and document repository does just that. Apart from the value adding features, this site provides lots of flexibility in managing owner and tenant information by providing option to segregate communications to owners and tenants. I hope more apartments log in to ApartmentAdda which will also help in creating a common forum for all apartment associations/residents to share the common (best) practices and also for social interactions. "Saves manual effort...and is Green too!"
The Online secret ballot [on ApartmentAdda] was simple and easy to use/understand. It has useful reporting tools and saved a lot of manual effort. What's more, it is Green... no ballot paper.

Taking charge of the Association to manage the affairs of 165 flats seemed a daunting task. Adda is an extremely user friendly, efficient and amazing portal which makes management of the Association effortless. Greenwood Regency is using Apartmentadda for all information to residents and account keeping purposes. Apartmentadda is very easy to use. The person from Apartmentadda has always answered my questions promptly, and provided new reports at my request. I enter all data and it is very easy to maintain. Also, I can share the financial information with the owners when requested and also print receipts just by clicking a button. There is no excel sheet or word document so no worry of formatting, report making because it is readymade. For maintenance, SMS is useful. I have sent SMS choosing blocks for information like overhead tank cleaning for that block etc. "ApartmentAdda was designed by someone who knows the pain points of apartment junta. Apartmentadda meets a need that was otherwise being met with thoroughly inadequate devices like googlegroups. All apartment complexes need a platform for residents to be able to talk to each other. The additional advantage of doing this talking online is that people can do their listening at their own convenience. I love the interface, the secure login and the other security mechanisms in place. The features are incredibly considerate too. We have been able to talk to each other, to build an online community. We can now discuss ideas, help each other with vendor references (oh! the no. of times we have had to hire an unverified driver or maid or vendor) , and also collaborate with each other on business ideas!! How cool is that?! This product was designed by someone who knows the pain points of apartment junta. Full marks, and a big Thumbs up!
